[fhb] Reminder: Nominate or Apply for USWBSI Researcher Co-Chair Position by June 30

Dear USWBSI Community,

This is a friendly reminder that nominations/applications are still open for
the next Researcher Co-Chair of the U.S. Wheat & Barley Scab Initiative
(USWBSI). As Dr. Ruth Dill-Macky concludes her eight-year tenure, we have an
opportunity to welcome a new leader who will continue to help shape the
future of FHB research collaboration and outreach for USWBSI.

 

The Researcher Co-Chair works alongside USWBSI leadership to:

*	Guide the Executive and Steering Committees
*	Oversee strategic planning and financial decision-making
*	Ensure the implementation of the Action Plan research priorities
*	Represent the initiative to key stakeholders and advocate on behalf
of the FHB community 
*	Oversee the Networking & Facilitation Office (NFO)

 

We invite both peer nominations and applications (self-nominations) for
individuals who exemplify scientific excellence, collaborative leadership,
and a deep commitment to USWBSI's mission.
