[fhb] Final Reminder - NFHB Forum Poster/Paper/Speaker Submissions Due Nov 7

Finalize & Submit Your Abstract/Upload Files - Due Tomorrow (November 7)
All abstract submissions for posters, papers or presentations at the
upcoming National Fusarium Head Blight Forum are due November 7 by 3PM
Central. Full details on <https://scabusa.org/forum24/submit> submission
guidelines are posted, to start or finalize a submission go to the
<https://scabusa.org/scripts/forum/mysubmissions.php> NFHB Forum Submission
Portal (login required).
As a Poster Author, please make sure to:
Submit a digital poster as a PNG file with a maximum file size of 20MB. (An
image file is required for the poster upload, simply go to "Save as" in
PowerPoint and change the file type to .png file and save to create this
file type.)
* Poster Competition Submitters - All final files are required by
November 7. In addition to the digital poster, if competing in the Poster
Competition, you must also upload a pre-recorded 2-3 minute video
presentation as an .mp4 file with maximum file size of 100MB, a video is
optional for all others.
* Non-Poster Competition Submitters - If you are still finalizing data
and expect adjustments after the initial submission deadline, you can
continue to update your poster image file up to November 21. (A draft file
must be uploaded by November 7.)
* All Submitters - Edits/updates to your printed poster can be made to
the version you bring with you for the onsite Poster Session. You are
required to bring a printed copy of your poster, dimensions 46" wide x 45"
tall.
During the Forum, two Poster Sessions will offer time for poster authors to
interact with attendees. Additional details about your onsite Poster Author
Session and poster numbers will be provided closer to the date of the event.
