[Fhb-update_cgp] FHB Update from KS, 04/26/19

[FHB Update - Central GP, Hard Winter Wheat]

Wheat in southeastern and south-central Kansas is at flag leaf emergence,
and boot. Wheat in these areas will reach the growth stages critical for
Fusarium in roughly 10-14 days. We will be monitoring for the risk of
disease and provide more updates soon.
