[Fhb-update_cgp] FHB Update from KS, 06/13/16

[FHB Update - Central GP, Hard Winter Wheat]

The wheat crop is fast harvest in Kansas. To date, I have seen only low
levels of FHB and I am not aware of harvest complications related to the
disease or DON.
