[FHB Update - Central GP, Hard Winter Wheat]

Wheat in southeastern and south central Kansas is likely at or near the
flowering and early grain fill stages of growth that are critical for
Fusarium infection. Many fields in central Kansas will reach the flowering
this in the next week to 10 days. The risk maps currently indicate a low
risk of a disease outbreak. A quick look at the weather forecast suggests
that conditions may become more favorable for the disease over the next
week. Check the site again soon for more timely updates on disease risk.
