[Fhb-update_cgp] FHB Update from KS, 04/16/15

[FHB Update - Central GP, Hard Winter Wheat]

Wheat in southeast and south central Kansas will reach the heading stages of
the growth during the next 7-10 days. Some fields may already be heading.
The weather has been very dry so far to this season for much of Kansas, but
recent rain has brought temporary relief for some areas. The winter wheat
model indicates the current risk of Fusarium is low throughout Kansas.
