[Fhb-update_cgp] FHB Update from KS, 04/19/13

[FHB Update - Central GP, Hard Winter Wheat]

The Kansas wheat crop is currently at the jointing stages of growth in the
southern areas of the state. I suspect some fields in southeastern KS will
reach flag leaf emergence soon. It will be several weeks before wheat is KS
reaches critical growth stages for Fusarium infection.
