[fhb] This Friday: Summer Fusarium Focus Content Due and ScabNet Trivia Night

FHB Colleagues,

The deadline for content submission is *June 30, 2023,* and please send all
information to amber.hoffstetter at scabusa.org.

   1. Graduated (after Jan 2023) or Graduating Students (before December
   2023): name, university, department, advisor, degree received, project
   title if possible, and a photo (jpeg/png);
   2. Retirees (retired in 2023): name, university, department, position,
   the project(s) worked on, supervisor (if applicable), and a photo
   (jpeg/png);
   3. New Hires (Those who have started or will start new positions after
   April 2023); name, university/company, department (if applicable),
   position, and a photo (jpeg/png);
   4. Events (field days, webinars, conferences/meetings, etc.): events
   occurring after August 1, 2023, and relevant to the FHB community. Please
   include any and all information one would need about the event (i.e. time,
   location, topic, website/registration, cost (if applicable), etc.).


In addition, all graduate students and post-doctoral researchers are
invited to ScabNet's Trivia Night, THIS Friday, June 30, 2023, at 6 PM ET |
5 PM CT | 4 PM | 3 PM PT for a fun game of trivia. Bring your thinking cap
and test your team's knowledge of FHB, SCience in Pop Culture, and Breeding
and Plant Pathology. Be the winning team and get recognized in the Summer
Issue of Fusarium Focus.

Registration is required.
