We wanted to make you aware of our June Featured Researcher, Dr. Nidhi Rawat

Dr. Rawat is an associate professor at the University of Maryland and has
been a USWBSI-funded PI for six years. Her research focuses on identifying
genes that provide resistance to FHB in wheat, evaluating the performance
of local barley varieties for FHB, and conducting integrated management
trials in soft red winter wheat and barley.
