[fhb] USWBSI Site Access Restored

[USWBSI NFO]

Dear FHB Community,

Our service provider was able to restore access to the USWBSI website
(https://scabusa.org/) and we have attained full system stability again. Use
of the short-term temporary host is no longer needed.
