FHB Colleagues,

We hope everyone is doing well. We wanted to make you aware of our December Featured Researcher post on the What’s Hot news feed of ScabUSA <https://scabusa.org/>.

Our current featured researcher is Dr. Stephen Wegulo. Dr. Wegulo is a professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He has been a part of the USWBSI for over 15 years. Some of his projects throughout the years have focused on epidemiology and integrated management of Fusarium Head Blight in winter wheat. In addition to his scab research, Dr. Wegulo recently wrote the book chapter “Advances in understanding the epidemiology of Fusarium in cereals” in Achieving Durable Disease Resistance in Cereals.

If you are interested in learning more about Dr. Wegulo's research <https://scabusa.org/featured-researcher-bio/Stephen-Wegulo> you can view his bio or reach him by email.

Warm regards,
Amber
