2020 National Fusarium Head Blight Forum

We are now accepting registration of posters
<https://scabusa.org/vforum_paper>  for presentation during the Forum, and
also abstracts/papers for inclusion in the proceedings for the 2020 National
Fusarium Head Blight Forum.  With the Forum being virtual this year, there
are many changes to the submission process as well the poster presentations
during the Forum.  Please review the information provided through the links
in this email very carefully! 
 
POSTERS/PAPERS:
 
If you would like to submit a poster with an associated abstract and/or
paper, first please review the instructions
(https://scabusa.org/vforum_paper), and then complete an on-line
registration form (https://scabusa.org/scripts/forum/vforum_paper_reg.php).
There is no limit to the number of poster abstracts and/or papers submitted
by one author.  For each item (Abstract/Paper) submitted, an on-line
registration must be completed by Friday, November 6th.  The abstract and
paper content (e-files only; MS Word format plus a PDF only if submitting a
paper) must be received by the Networking & Facilitation Office (NFO) also
by Friday, November 6, 2020, 5:00 PM ET.  PLEASE review the formatting
instructions (https://scabusa.org/vforum_paper_inst) carefully prior to
submitting the content.

FLASH & DASH PRESENTATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH A POSTER:
 
Flash & Dash presentations are for graduate students, post-docs and early
career professionals.  Presenters will give a short (5 minute) 'flash and
dash' presentation of the work highlighted in their poster.  This exercise
is expected to increase the visibility of your research, and attract
interest for your poster.  Selection of Flash & Dash Presenters will be
based on review of associated abstract or paper.  Individuals who indicated
an interest (when registering a poster) in giving a F&D Presentations
associated with their poster will be notified no later than November 16.

IMPORTANT DATES:
 
Nov. 6th:             Deadline for registration of Posters/Papers/Abstracts.
                              Deadline for the submission of abstract and
paper content for the Forum proceedings.
Nov. 16th:           Posters/Papers/Abstracts Registration IDs for uploading
posters will be distributed to First Authors.
Nov. 19th:           Individuals notified of selection of Flash & Dash
Presentations
Nov. 25th:           On-line Registration closes.
Dec. 4th:            All Posters (content protected PDF) with associated
Video Presentations must be uploaded to the Forum poster presentation
website.
